Our history
Quality Impact Solutions was founded by Joe Cantrel in 2024 after more than a decade of supporting friends and family with home and commercial projects. Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Joe moved to Cincinnati to attend Xavier University where he graduated with his B.S. in Business Administration in Entrepreneurship. He led operations, logistics, and facility management for three start-ups before opening Quality Impact Solutions.
